This is an over-all view of a comm center schedule, showing one representative dispatcher from each shift. There are several dispatchers working three different schedules to cover 24 hours a day. In some cases, there are 4th and 5th schedules that increase staffing during peak periods. Otherwise, each shift has a set number of persons
