Change of Address / Name

If you're a subscriber to DISPATCH Monthly Magazine, you can request to change the address where your magazine is delivered, or the name of the person to whom it's delivered. You'll need three pieces of information:

• Your account number or subscriber ID number--required [Find it on the front page, above your address imprint]
• Your current delivery name and address
• Your new delivery name or address - please include your agency or company name if it's being delivered to your work location.
