Does anyone have an SOP, when a Hospital calls in and is on diversion for EMS?

We have a hospital go on diversion a lot because they are short staffed, or over loaded on beds. We just notify send an information page to the EMS agencies affected and they decide where to go from there if they get a call.

This will probably change in the near future as we are looking into EMSystems. This is a web-based board were we can log onto a website, see which hospitals are accepting what types of patients and relay that to the units in the field when they ask.
