New traingin program

I am in the process of making a trianing program for our department. As of right now we have nothing. no SOP no Policy for dispatch nothing we have not had anything. twhat we do is just teach what we know. We are now doing this because we need a standard for everyone and we need something to go off of because we could have one trainee being trained by three different people and we need to all be ont he same page. I NEED HELP!!! i have looked online tring to find examples that i can go off of so i do not have to start from the very bottom. any help would be great.
