Criticall Testing

Anyone want to give advice about taking the E911 Criticall test? Just took the ECOMM Ergometrics test today and hopefully will be moving onto Criticall next.

Find out what the minimum typing speed is and test yourself online to make sure you can exceed it. There are various websites online to practice your typing speed. Knowing 10-key is very helpful. I have a laptop so I purchased a cheap $10 USB 10-key board prior to the test so I could sharpen my 10-key skills.

Read the directions at the beginning of each section carefully and take advantage of the practice sessions. Don't forget about the "emergency situation" thing that will pop up while you are going through the test. Don't over think things.

And like any test get a good night's sleep, have a good meal prior, and make sure you show up early and make a bathroom run before you start.
