Recognize this telephone switchboard? It's two sections of the type that were used by Bell companies beginning in the 1950s and only taken out of service in Deming (NM) in 1981.

This switchboard (staffed by a mannequin) is on display at the Deming Luna Mimbres Museum in Deming (NM). Also on display: a teletype machine and Morse Code keys used by the railroad.
