It wasn't long ago that the Charlotte (NC) comm center used older technology. Here's what they have left as a reminder, in one corner of their new comm center--an old plug-board PBX, an old GE radio, a Motorola control head and microphone, and a Bell System multi-line telephone.

Their comm center is vastly different now.
