Ordering Details

• We accept VISA, MasterCard and Paypal. You can also order by mail with a check, money order or a company purchase order.
• California residents pay 8.25% sales tax on book orders.
• Books will be shipped by U.S. Mail or UPS. We usually ship orders within 2-3 days of receiving them, and delivery is 3-4 days. If you need quicker arrival, we use Fed-Ex for delivery-- explain in the "Comments" section or e-mail us.
• E-mail or call for quantity discounts on any of our books.
• We have a specific policy on the privacy of information we collect about you.
• If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return the items prepaid in original condition within 14 days for full a refund (less your shipping). After 14 days, a 15% fee applies.
