Phase II Waiver Comparison

This chart was submitted in prepared testimony that Michael Amarosa, vice-president of TruePosition, gave to the U.S. Senate Sub-Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation. The chart compares the milestones (or deadlines) set by the FCC originally, and the waivers the Commission granted to the five major carriers in mid-October 2001. Download an Acrobat (pdf) version of the chart as it was originally submitted to the Sub-Committee. Note: To make the milestone differences obvious, we've color-coded the chart to indicate: green = milestone is the same as the FCC's original rule, red = milestone is 1 year or more after the FCC's original rule. updated 8/18/05
