		<description><![CDATA[The problem I see with texts to 9-1-1 is the same problem we have right now. People don&#039;t always know there location and a large majority of Senior Citizens don&#039;t Text. It&#039;s hard enough to remember your address, during an emergence situation. Plus if you can&#039;t speak, then most likely, you can not Text either. Most consumers don&#039;t have any idea whats going on, they believe because there phone has GPS then 9-1-1 dispatchers can find them anywhere and that&#039;s simply not true. How about some disclosure notices not only at the point of sale, but also on the outside of the Cell phone packaging and some Public Service Announces on all Advertisements. Not just a fast little statement at the bottom of the TV, that no one can read. The FCC owes us that much, DISCLOSURE, DISCLOSURE, DISCLOSURE !!]]></description>
