This dispatcher did an amazing job. She made sure to keep track of everyone, made sure that other officers were safe, and getting medics and supervisors in the right place at the right time. She did an excellent job of taking control of the situation. My deepest sympathies to San Diego PD and all other agencies involved in this incident.

I must say this dispatcher did an outstanding job handling everything going on and making sure that everyone (officers, supervisors and medics) were rolling in. GREAT JOB!
