Found several of her photos with a Google image search and the Fresno Bee has a story with her mom holding a photo of Amanda and the two children, but photos can be deceiving.

It sounds like the department tried everything that they could to prevent this tragedy. I am very sorry for the family, and for those who worked this call. It has to be a rough time for all involved.
