		<description><![CDATA[Dispatchers have know for over a hundred years that departments balance their budget on the backs of overtime whores. 

Sounds like this department needs to write some policy regarding how many hours a person can work in a day/week/month. Without that, eventually there&#039;s going to be fatigue related errors resulting in deaths or injuries. 

Big time liability problem. Predictable/preventable.]]></description>
