Police in Quincy (Mass.) believe that a second fire at the home of one of their dispatchers was set by an arsonist, and say they have at least one suspect. Dispatcher Michael Bowes lives at the house with his parents, who were home when the fire was set on the front porch at about 1:36 a.m. Saturday. Bowes was on-duty at the time, and dispatched officers to the scene. Bowes’ parents were safely rescued from the house and were not injured. A fire in September damaged a destroyed a garage fed by propane tanks. Read more about the fire here.
