Faith is one of those traits that seems to lie beneath the surface at most comm centers, where “real life” actions and consequences play out on the telephones and in the field. But a little faith–at both ends of the phone can sometimes lead to a resolution, and a better understanding of people and life. Kristen Campanella, deputy director of the Oktibbeha County (Miss.)
