When a 5 year-old child went missing in Putnam County (Fla.), the father’s girlfriend dialed 911 at 3 a.m. to report it. Haleigh Cummings is still missing and presumed kidnapped, sheriff’s officials said. The girl’s father had left his two children with his girlfriend while he was at work.
