Judge Dismisses Murder Case — 911 Call

After listening to the logging tape of a 911 call, an Arlington County (Virg.) judge has dismissed murder charges against a man who shot and killed a man in his home. According to the judge, the defendant killed the man in self-defense, but the Loudoun County prosecutor said he’d been seeking a murder indictment against the man. The man invited a couple to his home for “erotic entertainment,” but during the 911 call the resident said the male had tried to rob him. At one point the resident said, “He was going to kill me,” prompting the judge’s ruling. Read more about the case here.
