Franklin (Ohio) police have arrested a 22 year-old man after finding his month-old daughter suffering from severe head trauma. Joseph Ramirez Jr. dialed 911 to report that the baby had fallen off a couch, but officers and hospital workers said the head injuries were too serious to be caused by a short fall. Police released the logging tape of the 911 call, with the dispatcher broadcasting the incident to an officer within 12 seconds, even as she’s listening to Ramirez speak. Listen to the call here.
