There is debate among Blaine County (Idaho), the city of Ketchum and several other jurisdictions over how to fund dispatcher salaries at the new consolidated public safety comm center. But a recent meeting started off rocky when no one from Ketchum showed up to discuss the topic, prompting criticism from those who did attend.
