Center Serves 4 States, 78 Departments

The Southwestern New Hampshire District Fire Mutual Aid Dispatch Center has a huge name and a huge response area that covers four states and 78 paid and volunteer fire departments, all served by a Symposium Technologies Inc. CAD system. The center is located in Keene (NH), but reaches out to 91 fire stations across the territory to handle about 20,000 incidents a year.
