In a dramatic 911 call to a Warren County (NJ) dispatcher in November, a woman reports that she’s found her father bloody and on the floor of his condominium. The dispatcher offers to provide CPR instructions, and asks the woman if her father is breathing. The woman takes a look, and reports that the man’s throat has been slashed.
