The RCR/Wireless Web site e-mailed telecom questions to presidential candidates John McCain and Barack Obama, and have posted their responses side-by-side for review. McCain said that broadband deployment “is the definiing technology issue of our time.” Obama also cited broadband deployment as a “a priority.” Other questions also covered spectrum management, the FCC and NTIA, wireless competition, and public safety interoperability.
