Voters in Flathead County (Mont.) will vote on Nov. 4 whether to approve a $6.9 million bond issue that would fund consolidation of the four PSAPs in the county into a single, new facility. The new building in Kalispell would serve as an emergency operations center, and include a new radio system that’s already funded with $5.2 million in grants and other sources.
