The Pulaski County (Mo.) 911 Board has voted to create a sick leave donation policy, which would allow employees with unneeded balances to donate their leave time to other employees via a “pool.” The concept is already used by the city of Waynesville, which allows those with large balances or who are retiring to donate their sick leave balance to the pool, which in turn can be used by other employees.
