The Ravalli County (Mont.) 911 Center is moving, out of the former jail cell that is now home, and into a new 1,500 square-foot space in the basement of the county courthouse. Unbelievably, the dispatchers have been working from a 454 s.f. room for the past 13 years that is a former jail cell, with no heating or air-conditioning system. See a small photo of the current center here.
