There is lots of public safety communications news generated each day–I’m consistently surprised by how much, actually. My daily review finds stories that have national impact and that everyone should know about, and those go on the front page of the Web site. I especially try to include stories that have links to good reference information, audio or other references. I also discover lots of additional stories that end up in the printed edition, but which can’t be included on the Web site. There’s another category of story that so far has been skipped–things that are just plain interesting. Now I’ve created a space at the bottom of the left column of the Web page to include these additional stories, links to things that are interesting.
