Murder Reported by Restaurant Patrons

A Bradenton (Fla.) woman was murdered while working at a restaurant, just three hours after receiving a warning call from her daughter that her ex-boyfriend was looking for her. Pamela LeRose died after being shot by Matthew White, when he came to the restaurant, took her outside to the parking lot and opened fire. White had been to LeRose’s house earlier and spoke to her daughter, who called police asking for protection. According to the logging tape of the 911 call, a dispatcher suggested a protective order, but did not dispatch officers. After the shooting White fled and eluded pursuing police, but was found minutes later dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Read more and listen closely to the 911 calls here.
