The full power of the Internet for dispatcher training hasn’t been fully tapped, but now training provider First Contact 9-1-1 has debuted the first of its on-line courses that keeps dispatchers in their seats while giving them valuable training. The company’s first course is Customer Service, and the technology allows desktop sharing, whiteboard tools, annotations, on-line chat, and the use of audio and video files.
