Canadian EMS Center Profiled

The Telegraph-Journal newspaper in Saint John (NB) has a long profile of the Moncton Hospital comm center, which handles 120,000 telephone calls a year for medical incidents, both emergency and non-emergency. The center coordinates 126 ambulances for the entire province of New Brunswick on the east coast of Canada, all tracked by a GPS system. Read more about their set-up here.
