Boston (Mass.) police comm center officials say they will retrain dispatchers and have more supervisor oversight of 911 call after a dispatcher mis-prioritized a 911 call from a man who had been robbed. The 76 year-old victim was bleeding from a beating inflicted by the robber. However, because the suspect had fled, the call was given a lower priority, and officers arrived 35 minutes after the attack.
