Father’s Tearful Testimony to Committee

The testimony of Rick Goff, father of Florida murder victim Denise Lee, has been posted on-line, showing his support for legislation that would create a voluntary certificaction program for public safety dispatchers. Goff spoke for less than a minute about the crime, but also mentioned the family is unhappy with the three and five-day unpaid suspensions handed to the involved Charlotte County (Fla.) dispatchers.
