Reporter Takes Dispatcher Test, Did Well

A reporter for the Fond du Lac (Wisc.) Reporter newspaper took the Perfex dispatcher practical test and found that it was not easy. On the other hand, Dodge County sheriff’s comm center tester Tom Wrysinski said that Colleen Kottke did well on the test, which simulates many of the tasks that a dispatcher must perform, usually simultaneously.
