Inside Glimpse of Consultant’s Radio Plan

It’s not often that you can study the complete work of consultants on a county-wide radio plan, but Centre County (Penn.) has posted the final report of L. Robert Kimball & Associates on their systems. While some material may not be relevant to your jurisdiction, the findings and conclusions certainly demonstrate the common situation around the country: many separate systems, mixed bands, and the desire to bring order to the region.
