Murder Victim’s Father Testifies About Mistakes

The father of kidnap-murder victim Denise Lee testified before a Florida state legislative committee today, recounting the mistakes the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office made when handling the incident, including a 911 call reporting the woman struggling in a car.
