DC Fire Units Arrive at Wrong Location

A man who suffered a seizure at 10 G Place NE in Washington (DC) died after fire units responded to the wrong location at 10 G Street and were delayed by about 8 minutes. The incident was entered in CAD as G Street, and firefighters arrived to find nothing. They asked the dispatcher to call back the reporting person, but they reached only voicemail. The fire unit returned in-service, and shortly after the caller dialed 911 again, and units responded to the correct location. Read a story about the incident here.
