A 15 year-old boy saved his younger sister’s life when he used the Heimlich maneuver to expel a rubber ball she had tried to hide in her mouth. Tyler Lamb learned the procedure in school, and performed it while his mother was on the line with an unnamed dispatcher after she dialed 911.
