Friends, Relatives Attend Dispatcher’s Funeral

Friends and relatives held a funeral service Saturday for Elbert County dispatcher Todd Sielaff, who died in a car accident last week. His wife of 20 years, Holly, and his three children attended the service, along with members of the Big Sandy Fire Protection District, where he was a volunteer firefighter. There was a helicopter fly-over and a last radio call during the service. A memorial service for dispatcher for Joe Rockwell, who also worked for the county, will be held this Saturday in the town of Simla. Watch a TV report on the tearful funeral here.
