Bexar County (Tex.) sheriff’s investigators are looking at how 911 calls were handled that reported two persons had been shot last weekend. A TV station report on the calls provides a transcript of the call, which shows the unnamed dispatcher trying to obtain the address from a frantic caller. The call is then transferred to a San Antonio dispatcher, but the county dispatcher gives an incorrect address. The TV station had previously reported on dispatcher mistakes and delayed responses.
