The state of Maine is looking for companies who want to provide a full range of training services for the state’s dispatchers, including EMS, law enforcement and fire protocols. The state’s Public Utilities Commission, which includes the Emergency Services Communication Bureau (ESCB), issued the request for proposals, with an April 1st deadline.
