A Montgomery County (Penn.) 911 supervisor has been fired and five dispatchers disciplined for holding an on-duty, pre-Christmas gift exchange that included alcohol and adult sex toys. County officials stressed that no incidents had been missed or delayed, no criminal laws were broken, and it was never alleged that dispatchers were drinking alcohol or were drunk. Officials would not identify any of the involved employees. According to 911 officials, several photos of the gift exchange appeared on a MySpace Web page, leading to an investigation that began last week, and to the discipline. Read the entire story here. Watch a TV report that includes some of the photos.
