Jefferson County (NY) dispatcher Debra Rieger is a multi-tasker–she performs lots of tasks as a dispatcher, but also has several other jobs, including paramedic and fire captain. She joined a local firefighter Explorer post when she was 14 years-old, and then became a dispatcher in 1987. Since then she’s managed to keep all her jobs in balance.
