Strange 911 Call of Shooting

Tempe (Ariz.) police are still investigating the strange circumstances of a woman’s 911 call reporting that he son had been shot by gang members outside their apartment. In fact, arriving police and EMS units found the 14 year-old boy and his mother inside the apartment unhurt. Police now say they cleared the scene, but received another 911 call from the woman the next day while she was driving. She reported that people were following here, and police began searching for her car. An officer eventually located her, stopped the car and arrested her for having alcohol in the car. Later that day the boy’s father discovered that his son dead in the apartment from a gunshot wound. Police are investigating the woman’s psychiatric history.
