The FCC has posted a 4-hour video of its Feb. 6th summit on Next Generation 911, during which experts said that the project to upgrade the nation’s emergency telephone network was way behind. Various experts appeared during the summit to describe what the NG911 should be, what progress has been made and how to proceed. So far, the entire project is only at the very early planning stages.
