A 4 year-old Kent County (Mich.) boy dialed 911 for help when his mother fell unconscious from a diabetic problem, and police say his 911 call for help saved his mother’s life. Collin Makepeace was calm and informative when an unnnamed dispatcher answered his 911 call and provided information so that EMS units could find his home and successfully treat his mother.
