One Dispatcher, 2 Baby Deliveries

It was a pretty busy hour for Bakersfield/Kern County (Calif.) fire dispatcher Tracel Hurst, who helped with two baby deliveries over the phone within just 60 minutes. In the first incident, the baby had just been delivered at home, and Hurst helped the caller through the next steps. In the second case Hurst used EMD cards to instruct the caller with the entire delivery. Read more and watch a video report here.
