A complicated series of 911 calls, radio broadcasts and a massive search for a kidnapped woman are provoking discussion among law enforcement officials and citizens in Sarasota and Charlotte County (Fla.), after the woman’s body was discovered in a shallow grave and the suspect was arrested. At least two motorists dialed 911 to report seeing Denise Lee struggling in a moving vehicle, about the same time deputies were looking for the woman.
