Yet Another Dispatcher’s Home Burns

This has been a bad winter for house fires belonging to public safety dispatchers–and now another one. Baxter County (Ark.) dispatcher Kim Bowman lost her home Sunday night, coming on top of surgery for a burst appendix back in December while she was on-duty during her 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. shift.
