The Transition Administrator (TA) for the on-going 800 MHz rebanding project has issued a list of those entities that have not entered into agreements with cellular carrier Sprint to complete the switch in frequency assignments. The TA found that 24 persons and agencies will not meet an upcoming deadline for reaching an agreement with Sprint for so-called Stage 1 rebanding, and that 282 have not entered into agreements to allow them to meet a Stage 2 deadline.
