The Incident Broadcast Network (IBN) has re-launched its Web site to provide upgrades to scanner enthusiasts. The site hosts forums, information and audio files of incident radio traffic. There’s loads of information on the site, but you should go to the latest addition to the audio file, a 25-minute chase by San Diego County (Calif.) sheriff’s deputies of an armed parolee at 90 mph that includes seven spike strip deployments, all handled by a very busy dispatcher.
