In an odd example of education, a group of Mexican police officers is learning to read by translating literature into radio codes. A story in the Washington Post explains how officers in the city of Nezahualcoyotl, about 60 miles west of Mexico City, are using radio code numbers to hasten their ability to get through the reading lessons.
